A pioneer company in the construction, purchase and sale of real estate in Central Florida and due to the high demand in relation to business with Brazilians, it faced the need to create exclusive content to communicate efficiently in Portuguese.
In this project, Madu Media, offered strategic consultancy for the Brazilian brand. We presented studies and developed the annual media plan to promote the brand in Brazil and also reach Brazilians living in the United States.
The media plan involved, analysis and negotiation to purchase media in the main channels in Brazil and the United States and the development of strategies for social networks.
